Cancellation / reduction of number of persons
If you cancel your reservation or reduce the number of persons or booked days, we reserve the right to invoice or charge your credit card as follows
- 15 – 8 days before arrival date = 30 % of accommodation turnover
- 7 – 4 days before arrival date = 60 % of accommodation turnover
- 3 – 0 days before arrival date = 80 % of accommodation turnover

If we don’t receive an arrival time from you, the following check-in times apply.
Check-in: 09.00 am – 13.00 pm / 5.30 pm – 8.30 pm
Check-in after 8.30 pm will be charged with a supplement of € 20.00
Check-out: until 11.00 am
